How to Apply
An initial application fee is required in order to submit your file(s) for testing.

The testing fee is $100.00 and is non-refundable. The testing fee can be purchased online and must be paid for by credit card.

Once you purchase the testing fee, you will be able to submit your file(s). These files must be in a .zip format.

When you submit your file(s) the Program Administrator is notified and your company is then registered for the selected certification program.
