CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

You MUST book your room before April 7, 2015 to get the group rate. Book early to ensure rooms are available.

Put the Code: G-AIG5 in the group code box to receive your discounted group rate of $129. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hyatt Place will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Cancellations must be received a minimum of (72) hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations received less than (72) hours prior to arrival will forfeit one (1) night room and tax.
