Problem Solving Leader Guide (CQI-21) Rollout
AIAG has just released the new Effective Problem Solving Leader Guide (CQI-21).
This guide focuses on the leader's specific roles and responsibilities in establishing the right culture for problem solving teams and effectively engaging with them to prevent problem recurrence, which costs the industry in both lost profitability and quality.
Participants in this session will understand the content and intent of the new Guide and be able to identify appropriate next steps to implement in their organization.
