Quality Management Updates

Health Care Value
AIAG is turning its attention to health care to address ways to help improve delivery of health care services while assuring health care dollars are focused on achieving the best results. AIAG has been working collaboratively with business leaders throughout Southeast Michigan, to start leveraging our economy of scale as purchasers of health care.

AIAG has formed a new Health Care Value Task Force composed of OEMs, major suppliers, educational institutions and leading professionals and has begun to identify opportunities to address poor quality and inefficiencies in health care delivery and payment. Together, members aim to improve the value of health care delivered to their respective employees, with a focus on the implementation of best practices.

To learn more about how you and your company can become involved in AIAG's Healthcare Value Task force, contact Nancy Malo, AIAG Program Manager for Health Care at nmalo@aiag.org or (248) 358-9747.
