Leadership of OEM and suppliers indicated they don't have confidence in effective problem solving throughout supply chain. This project is expected to update the CQI-10 "Effective Problem Solving" Guideline targeting quality practitioners and a new AIAG document targeted on the Role of the Executive in preventing problem occurrence or recurrence. Learn how to conduct an effective problem solving process, with guidance on how to prepare an effective problem statement, contain suspect material, complete an effective investigation into the root causes (escape, occurrence and systemic) and prevent recurrence.
