The AIAG Quality Steering Committee is chartered to:
  • Provide guidance and best practices in quality to continually improve your products and processes by;
    • Effectively disseminating "best practices" based on the collective experiences of team members, and
    • Driving a culture of continuous improvement through problem solving and warranty guidelines
  • Increase customer satisfaction and revenue, and improve supplier relationships through effective implementation of a QMS by;
    • Developing quality core tools and training, and
  • Reduce waste and variation in the supply chain by;
    • Developing assessment tools in areas such as problem solving, warranty, and special processes.
