Business Case
DCX, GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Mazda and VW have held exploratory meetings to discuss variances in Claims filing and recovery processes. While for the most part processes are similar, carriers are confused. This forces manufacturers and carriers alike into subjective analysis and labor intensive review processes.

The manufacturers have agreed to meet in a neutral forum to standardize processes reduce the complexity to the carriers, improve claims filing accuracy, and automate claim filing.
Announcements

The group meets monthly.

The group is currently updating the M-14 Standards Logistics Damage Codes document and has a tentative publication date of February, 2008.
