The work group will develop a collaborative training approach that proactively addresses working conditions in Mexico. The goal of this effort is to develop a common educational and training program that will directly benefit individuals while meeting the desires and requirements of the auto industry as a whole regarding global working conditions. This project will result in a common approach that ensures and improves working conditions in emerging- markets where participating companies operate.
