Going beyond analysis, BPI is used to generate a comprehensive set of ideas, develop concepts and inventively solve complex problems ensuring that expectations are met and often exceeded.
This course helps participants learn how structured approaches to innovation can be used to leverage subject matter experts' expertise and knowledge of their company, customers, suppliers, processes.
