Business Process Innovation (BPI) is a collaborative effort designed to deconstruct and re-engineer processes. In doing so, BPI analyzes a particular situation to reveal hidden problems and problems perceived to be impossible to solve. Going beyond analysis, BPI is used to generate a comprehensive set of ideas, develop concepts and inventively solve complex problems ensuring that expectations are met and often exceeded.
This course helps participants learn how structured approaches to innovation can be used to leverage subject matter experts' expertise and knowledge of their company, customers, suppliers, processes. Furthermore, participants will learn to analyze and synthesize information to solve intractable problems and mitigate risks associated with implementation. BPI can be used to deliver practical solutions that range from incremental improvement to a radical re-invention of business processes.
