Hot Topic Webinar: Solving the Talent Crisis

This live webinar will feature speakers Frank Vorrath, Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Johnson Controls, and Lisa Harrington, President of the Harrington Group LLC and Sr. Research Fellow at the University of Maryland who will tackle the issue of the global supply chain talent shortage, which has now reached crisis proportions and threatens the future of the auto industry.

The webinar will go beyond just lamenting the problem, and provide practical, actionable solutions that best practice companies are adopting today. It also will include a close-up look at what one major automotive company, Johnson Controls, is doing to develop its supply chain talent pipeline, including establishing an in-house Supply Chain Academy.  You will also have opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Webinar will last between 60-90 minutes depending on number of questions asked. Instructions for logging in will be sent to registrants the day before the webinar.
