If this is your first time registering for a Core Tool eLearning course or self-assessment (through the AIAG-Plexus platform), you will receive an email shortly that contains a login and password to the AIAG e-learning portal. Please note that this is a separate login from the main AIAG website. If you have registered before, please visit https://aiag.plexuselearning.com/ to sign in and access your training, using your existing password. You can also access your eLearning by simply signing into the AIAG website (www.aiag.org) and going to your eLearning purchases under My Account (no additional password is required when accessing directly through the AIAG website).
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing and made within 30 days of purchasing the course. A refund will be issued (if applicable), minus a $50 administrative fee, provided that the course has not been accessed. Substitution requests must be sent in writing and made within 30 days of purchasing the course. Only one substitution request is permitted and will be accepted only if the course has not been accessed. Requests must be received in writing via fax (248-799-7995) or via e-mail (email@example.com).
