The Effective Problem Solving Guideline for Practitioners Roll-out was recorded live at AIAG headquarters in Southfield, Michigan on July 20, 2012. Participants will understand that there is a new AIAG problem solving guideline, how it differs from the previous edition and its use in preventing the recurrence of problems.

The Effective Problem Solving Practitioner Guide (CQI-20) can be purchased on the AIAG website under Products.
