[January 15, 2013 - Clinton Township, Michigan] LTC Roll and Engineering of Clinton Township Michigan has received the General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award - 2012 with a 1 PPM or less rating. General Motors awards this honor to about 7 percent of product suppliers who have demonstrated the highest levels of quality performance over the previous 12 months. Winners, like LTC Roll and Engineering, meet or exceed a stringent set of quality performance criteria along with cross-functional support of the entire GM organization. LTC was founded in 1967 by Andy Ligda and Ned Cavallaro as a manufacturer of Roll Form tooling. In the late 1970's, maximizing the strength of the company's tooling capabilities, LTC expanded into production manufacturing of Roll Formed parts. In 2001 an additional 100,000 square ft. of manufacturing facilities were constructed at the current location, bringing the total up to 250,000 square feet. Drew Ligda is now actively providing leadership within the company. "Our goal always is to provide world class defect free quality, 100% on time delivery and cost competitive pricing that exceeds the expectations and requirements of our customers. Through this initiative our employees and management have positioned LTC as a leader in the metal forming industry," says Pat Kelly, Director of Quality at LTC. "Our ongoing commitment to our customers is to provide value by providing quality parts at competitive prices," says Andy, Drew Ligda and Ned Cavallaro, owners of LTC. Both our quality systems and scheduling systems have to be up to the task to get this done," continues Ligda and Cavallaro. In 2008, LTC evaluated over 10 automotive ERP systems and selected AIM Vision, from AIM Computer Solutions. "AIM was the best priced and best fit to our automotive needs for the sized company we are, and are growing to," added Kelly. About LTC Roll and Engineering LTC was founded in 1967, and continues to grow throughout the automotive downturn. The forecast for 2013 and beyond is very promising, and reflects the need in the automotive parts community for reliable and cost effective parts delivered in concert with MMOGLE standards. http://www.ltcroll.com/ About AIM Computer Solutions, Inc.
