CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

HOTEL INFORMATION
We had a room block at the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace for $136 per night. This hotel is connected to the conference center.
 
The block has expired and the hotel is completely sold out for the night of September 25. If you would like to get into the hotel block for the night of September 26, contact Shannon Osburn at sosburn@aiag.org for assistance.
