CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Hyatt Place
We have a room block at the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace for October 4 for $145 per night. This hotel is attached to the convention center. The Hyatt Place is SOLD OUT for the night of October 5. See below for information for the Hilton Garden Inn room block if you need a hotel on the 5th.
The deadlline to reserve a room has passed, but if you need a room on October 4 or 6 contact Shannon Osburn at sosburn@aiag.org and she can check to see if they have rooms available to get you in the block.
Hilton Garden Inn, Novi
We have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn, 27355 Cabaret Dr., Novi, MI (3.2 miles from Suburban Collection Showplace) for October 4-5 for $145 per night.
Please note this block does not include breakfast but breakfast is provided at the event. Also, there is no shuttle to the venue from the hotel so you will have to arrange transportation if you do not have a car.

All AIAG in person events will follow the COVID guidelines as recommended by the CDC at the time of the event.

Sponsors and Exhibitors are given an attendee list before and after the event. If you prefer that your contact information not be shared with the sponsors and exhibitors, please email Shannon Osburn at sosburn@aiag.org and indicate your desire to opt out and she will remove you from the contact list.
