The largest conference on Materials Regulations in Europe and therefore, every year one of the most eagerly awaited meetings of the automotive industry, will be held online this year.
The event is the ideal platform to discuss technical issues related to materials and the most recent legislative developments at European and international level. Considering the impact COVID-19 has had on a global scale, it is incumbent upon us in these crucial times to reflect on the driving forces of Europe’s economy.
Organised by CLEPA, along with the support of iPoint, it will take place on May 4-5, 2021.
The upcoming 13th edition will be held online. The event platform provides great networking possibilities in open or private chat circles during lunch and coffee breaks.
Worldwide Expert Knowledge
The automotive industry uses a wide range of materials to build vehicles. These materials have evolved greatly over the decades, becoming more sophisticated, better built, and safer. Their use has evolved in parallel with new automotive manufacturing technologies that now are increasingly using innovative ways.
To discuss these and other topics during the Materials Regulations Event CLEPA is pleased to bring together worldwide experts e.g. from BMW, Audi, Hyundai and Jaguar Land Rover and key actors from the European Commission and ECHA.
Most Recent Updates and Activities
Topics on the agenda will include the REACH, ELV, IMDS, GADSL, SCIP and the EU post-Brexit. The most recent activities of international partner associations such as AIAG and JAPIA will also be presenting.
A new session on Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility will be held on May 5.
