2024 Hybrid IMDS & Product Chemical Compliance Conf


Registration is now available for our 2024 Hybrid IMDS & Product Chemical Compliance Conference, October 15-16!

 

Held at Laurel Manor in Livonia, Michigan, this year's event will take place both in person and virtually, as we explore "The Role of IMDS in Corporate Responsibility Due Diligence."

 

Join us to hear detailed presentations on Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and its connection to data quality, electronic reporting in IMDS, the EU battery passport, and more, including:

 

  • Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs).
  • Mandatory Chemistry Manager reporting.
  • IMDS version 14.3 and 14.4 updates (along with what's coming next in version 15.0).
  • In-depth information on TSCA and PFAS.
  • Updates from the IMDS Steering Committee on ELV, REACH, and other EU legislation, along with potential futures releases for IMDS.

Those attending in person on October 17 will also have the opportunity to participate in one of three training sessions (2-3 hours each): PCF training, IMDS tips and tricks (for both basic and advanced users), and EU battery passport/Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) & Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) requirements. CANCELLATION POLICY

Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

  

 

HOTEL INFORMATION

We have a room block at the Marriott Courtyard Livonia for October 14 and 15 for $129 per night. This hotel is a few miles from the venue and will have a free shuttle to transport you to and from the venue on October 15 and to the venue on October 16.

 

Individual attendees can make reservations for the event directly with the Marriott Courtyard Livonia at (734)462-2000.

 

You may also book your rate online.

 

Cancellations must be received a minimum of (48) hours prior to arrival for a full refund. 

 

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before September 16, 2024.

All AIAG in person events will follow the COVID guidelines as recommended by the CDC at the time of the event.
