Effective corporate responsibility (CR) practices require companies to stay informed on the issues confronting them. The 2016 Summit is a unique opportunity to support your organization's efforts to identify risk and strategies to better manage the outcome. It is tailored to those working on all aspects of CR and sustainability - environmental, compliance, operations, sales, finance, procurement, and supply chain - management at companies in the automotive and heavy equipment industry and technology sectors.

4 session tracks will be offered:
Awareness: Issues impacting managers and their company's performance
Technical: Strategic approaches and resources for integrating sustainability
Strategies: Creating economically viable business cases for sustainable initiatives
Leadership: What are the 'recognized' companies doing to outperform others on CR?

Hotel and Additional Information

CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

Sponsors and Exhibitors are given an attendee list before and after the event. If you prefer that your contact information not be shared with the sponsors and exhibitors, please email Shannon Osburn at sosburn@aiag.org and indicate your desire to opt out and she will remove you from the contact list.

We have a room block at the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace for $132 a night. This hotel is connected to the conference center.

We have rooms available on April 26, 27 and a few on the 28th. If your stay is extending beyond these dates, or you have any issues booking your rooms in the block, please contact Shannon Osburn at sosburn@aiag.org.

Individual attendees can make reservations for the event directly with the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace reservations at 1-800-233-1234.

Reservations may also be made by logging on to http://novi.place.hyatt.com . Use the Group Code: G-AIAP to receive your discounted group rate of $132.00. Once the arrival and departure date have been entered, click on special rates and then enter the Group Code G-AIAP in the Group Code Box (make sure to include the G when entering the code).

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. Per your group contract, Cancellations must be received a minimum of (72) hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations received less than (72) hours prior to arrival will forfeit one (1) night room and tax.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before March 27, 2016.
