Supplier Connectivity Call-To-Action

Join your peers at AIAG to begin mapping out the global supplier connectivity landscape.

The Challenge: To map out the global supplier connectivity landscape based upon business practices; identify candidate standards and technologies for increased homogenization; and provide a fact-based evaluation of available connectivity and data communication alternatives.

The objective of the Supplier Connectivity project are to:
  • Identify existing and emerging telecommunication and network options with their associated performance-related value propositions
  • Verify and summarize current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) business process connectivity requirements and specifications
  • Cross-reference OEM business process requirements to current technology implementations

This project will demonstrate how the automotive supply chain exchanges data in a competitive global economy.
