CANCELLATION/TRANSFER/SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

ATTENDEE LIST: Sponsors and Exhibitors are given an attendee list before and after the event. If you prefer that your contact information not be shared with the sponsors and exhibitors, please email Shannon Osburn at email@example.com and indicate your desire to opt out and she will remove you from the contact list.
The room block at the Hyatt Place at the Suburban Collection Showplace for $135 per night has expired. HOWEVER, there are still rooms in the hotel so if you would like a hotel room at the block rate, please contact Shannon Osburn at firstname.lastname@example.org or 248-213-4642 for assistance. This hotel is connected to the conference center.
AIAG’s office will be closed on Monday, May 28. Additional our office will close early on Friday, May 25; our office will close at 2:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Our office will re-open on Tuesday, May 29. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on Friday, May 25 will be shipped out on Tuesday, May 29.
