    Cancellation Policy

    Registrations cancelled 30 or more business days prior to the program date will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the program date, as well as NO SHOWS, will forfeit all fees. Substitutions are welcome.

    The AIAG event app will be used for this event. Items such as directory, agenda, sponsors, presentations, surveys and other materials will be available exclusively on the event app. App instructions will be sent to all attendees prior to the event date.
