The Supply Chain Steering Committee proactively identifies supply chain issues, needs, and trends. This committee oversees the prioritization, selection, development and deployment of AIAG initiatives designed to strengthen the automotive supply chain. The committee publishes white papers, develops standards and guidelines, conducts training and certification workshops, and hosts industry-specific events to drive awareness and implementation of industry best practices. The Supply Chain Steering Committee represents AIAG member needs, nationally and internationally, including through its participation in standard-setting organizations and partnerships with other industry groups.
