All technology partners in this program will utilize the expertise of Kharon, an industry-leading risk screening company which combines technology with industry-leading research. Either as a stand-alone product or integrated into participating platforms (Altana, NQC and Resilinc), Kharon’s products will enable an industry leading approach to human rights due diligence. Kharon is also utilized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List Office, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Platform companies (Altana, NQC, and Resilinc) can also incorporate Kharon functionality for supplier batch screening and produce automated reports to provide to OEM customers.

ClearView is a web-based search and data visualization platform for KYS/KYC, investigations, and risk analysis, enabling users to access Kharon’s comprehensive knowledge base to uncover hidden connections to forced labor risk, sanctioned entities, or trade-restricted parties.
