This is a Live Virtual course, which requires the participant to use a device capable of streaming content through a video conferencing platform. Attendees will gain insight on how to understand the Customer's warranty data output metrics (claims and cost), the basic warranty data tracking methods, warranty claim rate reduction, simple data base analysis, including what to do with the data, and some of the basic activities that an organization should perform to understand warranty performance. This one-day course is recommended for individuals who are new to warranty management, or anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of warranty management and how the systems interact between supplier, customers, and dealers.
