Call for Speakers
Prospective Speaker: The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) welcomes your proposal for a presentation at our annual Quality Summit, September 23-24, 2026.
Spotlight the latest standards, strategies, and technologies shaping the future of Automotive Quality, our 2026 theme is “Driving Automotive Quality Forward: From Today’s Challenges to Tomorrow’s Solutions”.
As organizations continue to navigate rapid advancements in electrification, digitalization, and automation, staying ahead means keeping pace with constant change – from evolving standards and best practices to cutting-edge AI-Powered Tools.
In response, AIAG is seeking presentations on:
- Implementing the new AIAG & VDA SPC
- Preparing for the upcoming AIAG & VDA MSA
- Planning for the updated ISO 9001:2026
- Key Challenges, trends, or best practices specific to AI technologies
Whether you have a compelling case study or innovative solution, speaking at this annual event is your opportunity to share essential expertise, influence future initiatives, and connect with a collaborative network of peers – all while establishing yourself as a leader in automotive quality.
Presentation Types:
Absolutely no commercial, sales pitches or endorsements will be considered or allowed in presentations. Time slot for each presentation is 45 minutes including Q&A. Workshop length will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Deadline for submission is March 13, 2026
Review of Proposals
Proposals will be reviewed by the AIAG Quality Summit Planning Committee for acceptance based on relevance, demonstrated application, and innovation. Priority will be given to presentations that are based on automotive OEM or supplier case studies or include a hands-on workshop. There is no limit to the number of proposals you can submit. Authors of accepted proposals will be advised by April 10, 2026 and provided further directions at that time. Speakers will be expected to submit their rough draft in PowerPoint format to AIAG no later than July 10th, 2026.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

- Presentation title (60 characters maximum)
- For workshop proposals, provide a detailed description of the content, learning objectives, and duration.
- Paper abstract (500 words maximum)
- Target audience (e.g. basic, advanced, executive, all)
- Keywords
- Benefit to the target audience (150 words maximum)
- Author biography (100 words maximum)
