Core Tools Self-Assessment

Need to determine basic competency in the Quality Core Tools (i.e., APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC)? Reflecting information all industry quality professionals should know - and developed with the required knowledge for third-party IATF 16949 auditors as an input - our free, online Core Tools Self-Assessment (CTSA) can be used for everything from verifying the effectiveness of your Core Tools training and developing improvement plans to supporting supplier development and industry benchmarking.

Objectives

  • Verify the effectiveness of your quality Core Tools training
  • Develop individual or group improvement plans for supplier development, e.g. Tier 2, and 3.

Requirements

Time allotted to complete assessment: 60 minutes


Results

Assessment results are sent via email and can also be found in your account on our website.

Earn a silver badge for scoring at least 80% in any area (APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and/or SPC) or a gold badge for scoring at least 80% in all six areas!  Badges can be found here.
