This 4-hour interactive training course provides participants an in-depth discussion of managing global chemical regulatory compliance with specific emphasis on responsibility within functional roles, managing the supply chain, data collection, and material content reporting. Several global regulations will be discussed identifying regulatory requirements and strategies for compliance. Individuals will participate in knowledge checks and case studies throughout the course.
This course is designed for individuals directly involved with chemical and product environmental compliance.
You will have access to the course for 60 days from date of enrollment.
Approximate time to complete: 4 hours
Some knowledge of global regulations or completion of Course 2: Overview of Global Chemical Regulations is recommended.
Note that this course is not structured or intended to train or certify individuals for general facility environmental compliance to the many government mandated regulations typically referred to as "environmental reporting." Such training is very specific, often conducted by government-certified trainers, is tightly regulated, and is often state, country, and region specific. It typically requires ongoing monitoring of on-site chemical inventories, waste-water discharge, and air/stack emissions and permitting.
