Common supplier management process: Aligns the industry around a structured approach from pre-selection through performance monitoring and escalation.
Risk-based supplier evaluation: Emphasizes supplier capability, capacity, quality culture, sustainability, traceability, and pass-through characteristics. APQP / PPAP and control planning: Reinforces expectations for planning, special characteristics, PTC management, special process assessments, and production readiness.
