Each template contains the essential reporting information needed including:
- Customer Part Number
- Supplier Part Number
- HTS Code
- Part Description
- Total value of aluminum/steel content (in USD)
- Percentage of value of US aluminum/steel content
- Percentage of value of non-US aluminum/steel content
- Part Total Weight (in kg)
- Weight (in kg) of US aluminum/steel content
- Weight (in kg) of non-US aluminum/steel content
- Country of primary smelting/melting
- Country of primary casting/pouring
- Steel Mill Certificate ID or Number
