Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) reporting is becoming an important part of customer sustainability reporting across the automotive supply chain. Learn PCF fundamentals, cradle-to-gate calculations, and practical methods for using data you already maintain. No prior experience required.
Automotive suppliers and manufacturers who have been asked for PCF data-or expect to be. This includes quality, environmental, compliance, engineering, and operations staff responsible for responding to customer sustainability requirements. No prior carbon accounting experience is assumed, making the course suitable for those new to the topic as well as those formalizing existing efforts.
No previous experience with carbon accounting or sustainability reporting is required. Participants should have general familiarity with their own product and manufacturing operations. Access to basic production records (energy use, material inputs, purchased goods) is helpful for applying the methods but is not required to complete the course.
This certifies that the participant has completed Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) Made Simple, demonstrating a working understanding of PCF fundamentals, system boundary definition, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, data collection, and the calculation of cradle-to-gate PCF values for automotive products.
