Improving Environmental Performance

 

Environmental sustainability is the ability to maintain rates of renewable resource harvest, pollution creation, and nonrenewable resource depletion that can be continued indefinitely. To achieve this efficiently and cost-effectively, automotive manufacturers and suppliers collaborate to improve environmental performance, individually and industrywide.

How can automotive industry companies collaborate on environmental sustainability?

AIAG promotes a unified approach to environmental sustainability across our membership and industry. We focus on metrics/measurements around greenhouse gasses, water, and waste reduction. AIAG teams and volunteers collaborate to develop frameworks that save organizations of all sizes time and money as they adopt effective environmental sustainability practices.
